This part of the site is a work in progress. “From Battle to Block 30B” refers to our family’s re-location from Merbein to Robinvale in 1947. It is a ‘spin-off’ from the main site “Block 30B – A Soldier Settler’s Story” which is dedicated to our Dad, Hartley Mann, his war service and his life prior to that. This site is also in the building process, and is a labour of love by me for my family as a way of pulling together our mementoes and memories (not all of which agree!) as we all grow older, and the time for doing this becomes more limited.
